Partial Payment: You will be charged a non-refundable deposit of 50%. The remaining balance will be charge approximately 1.5 weeks prior to shipping.

• Shipping ETA's are subject to change and are not exact - they are simply our best estimate of when the manufacturing will be complete. Please all grace for all pre-orders.

• If ordering multiple pre-orders at once or a combination of pre-orders and in-stock, automatic payments will happen seperately for each seperate ETA. This does not mean part of your order is shipped, but rather that you have successfully completed payment for that particular item.

• We only ship complete orders, and we do not ship partially. Your order will ship promptly once all items are ready and available.

All orders ship from North Carolina and we offer real-time shipping calculations from both USPS and UPS for you to choose from at checkout!

Our general TAT for in-stock items is 3-5 business days. Of course, this may fluctuate depending on the demands of our business. For pre-orders, please make note of the listed ETA in the descriptions of each individual item.

We do not ship orders until all items are ready. That means if you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will not ship until the last of the pre-orders have finished production. We highly recommend placing these orders separately so we can get your RTS items out to you as quickly as possible!

RETAIL RETURNS

We gladly offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags in place and no signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, smells, disfigurement of fabrics, broken pieces, etc). Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges  will not be refunded - only the returned items are eligible for the refund.

*International returns will also not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery back to us.

All sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

RETAIL EXCHANGES

USA return orders are eligible for one exchange per item as long as the return and exchange is completed within 30 days of the initial order. To be eligible for exchange, all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags in place and no signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, smells, disfigurement of fabrics, broken pieces, etc). 

All sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product on the site at your leisure. If you select an exchange, once the original item is received and inspected you will receive a store credit to your account for the original price. 

*International orders are not eligible for exchanges - only returns.

RETAIL REFUNDS

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. If your return has arrived to us in the necessary condition, your refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price including any taxes paid and excluding shipping charges.  Banks vary on processing times, so please be on the lookout for your return within a few business days.
