RETAIL SHIPPING

All USA orders ship for a flat rate of $5 or free on orders over $75 proudly for North Carolina! 

Please allow our team 2-4 business days to ship your order and 5-10 business days for the postal service to get it to you! (For international orders, please anticipate 2-5 weeks)

International orders will be real-time shipping prices calculated at checkout

*International orders may be subject to customs and taxes if they apply, and you are responsible for those fees in addition to shipping charges above* 

RETAIL SHIPPING TROUBLESHOOTING

Please be careful and make sure you enter your correct shipping address. If the package cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will need to pay the shipping cost again to resend your package. 

It is your responsibility to track the package. If you haven't received your package within 30 business days within the United States or 45 business days if outside the United States, please make sure to let us know! If you fail to report it to us, we won't be able to help file a claim with the carrier to find your package.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

We get it, shipping can get a little scary and messy at times. Once the order has been marked as shipped, it has officially left our hands. It is now in the hands of the postal carrier and beyond our control. We do not have any affiliation with any postal services. To protect you shipments, we proudly off ROUTE PROTECTION that you can add on to all of your orders. Should something happen, you're protected and the insurance will take care of everything for you!

RETAIL RETURNS

We gladly offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags in place and no signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, smells, disfigurement of fabrics, broken pieces, etc). Each return must use the label provided and multiple orders cannot be combined with one label. Your initial shipping charges  will not be refunded - only the returned items are eligible for the refund.

*International returns will also not be refunded for initial shipping charges or any customs/taxes required for delivery back to us.

All sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

RETAIL EXCHANGES

USA return orders are eligible for one exchange per item as long as the return and exchange is completed within 30 days of the initial order. To be eligible for exchange, all items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags in place and no signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, smells, disfigurement of fabrics, broken pieces, etc). 

All sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Eligible items in the required condition can be exchanged for any product on the site at your leisure. If you select an exchange, once the original item is received and inspected you will receive a store credit to your account for the original price. 

*International orders are not eligible for exchanges - only returns.

RETAIL REFUNDS

Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return. If your return has arrived to us in the necessary condition, your refund will be in the amount of the original purchase price including any taxes paid and excluding shipping charges.  Banks vary on processing times, so please be on the lookout for your return within a few business days.
