- In stock orders typically ship in 2-4 business days. This may fluctuate depending on the demands of our business.
- Pre-Order shipping dates are not exact - they are simply our best estimate of when the manufacturing will be complete.
- We only ship complete orders, and we do not ship partially. Your order will ship once all items are ready and available. If you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your order will not ship until the last of the pre-orders have finished production.
- We highly recommend placing these orders separately so we can get your RTS items out to you as quickly as possible!

WHOLESALE RETURNS
- All sales are considered final, with the exception being if you have received a defective product. Please inspect your items within 7 days of receiving them in order to qualify for a return. Product may not already be in your customers possession or on the sales floor.
- Valid Returns will be accepted for store credit only based on managers discretion. Restocking fee of 15% may occur.
- Order cancellations are not accepted
RETAIL RETURNS
- We gladly offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with all tags in place and no signs of wear (including but not limited to stains, smells, disfigurement of fabrics, broken pieces, etc).
- Please use our return portal or your return will not be valid.
- Your initial shipping charges or custom duties will not be refunded
- All sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
RETAIL EXCHANGES
- USA return orders are eligible for one exchange per item as long as the return and exchange is completed within 30 days of the initial order.
- Same product condition eligibility as above.
- Eligible exchanges can be made for any product on the site at your leisure.
- If you select an exchange on the portal, once the original item is received and inspected you will receive a store credit to your account for the original price.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges - only returns.
